Don Wilde, the technical genius behind WildHireTM, and Network Lynx, has been designing and integrating computerized systems for over twenty-two years. His Silver Lynx electronics and software design business has been in operation since 1999, and he and Michael Carrillo, friends since 1980, have partnered since January 2000 as Network Lynx to develop Internet Web Databases to serve recruiters and corporate human resource staff with integrated, highly automated solutions.
Silver Lynx is now deploying its innovative PostUPPalTM commodity web database engine as an Internet-based shared scrapbook, newsletter engine and eCommerce catalog for corporations and organizations. PostUPPal is being added to the WildHire toolbox as a user-extensible content management system for creating FAQ’s, on-line newsletters and other website enhancements.
Don has a wide range of commercial electronics development experience ranging from distributed computer systems for factory automation to chip design for consumer electronics. His skills include being able to explain computers, software and business strategies to regular people in plain English, a talent he has developed since graduating in 1980 from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology.
The creator and president of CPGJoblist.com, Michael Carrillo is also the originator of Network Resource Recruiting, the first focused jobsite for the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Michael has over fifteen years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. He began recruiting in 1997 and has industry contacts in Marketing (Brand, Trade, Direct, Field, Collateral), Sales (National Accounts, Key Accounts, Broker Management, Food Service, Retail), Advertising & Promotion, Marketing Research, Category Management and other specialties.
It was Michael's realization of the need for a more focused, industry-specific job board that inspired his formation of CPGJoblist.com, which is now and will remain in a process of evolution and refinement. Michael's intense, personal concentration on candidate expertise and ongoing relationship building has provided him with a large, highly qualified candidate pool that remains current at all times on CPGJoblist.com.
Michael graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 1981 with a BS Degree in Communications. He has continued to enhance his relationship and coaching skills by completing continuing education seminars and workshops with "The Coaching Exchange", "Joe Tannenbaum and Associates", "Life Design", "Landmark Education", "TEC Associates" and others.
Alexey Prohorenko provides the web code that glues WildHire Candidate Referral Systems together. Alexey has an MS in Computer Systems from the Dniepropetrovsk Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. He has programmed many e-commerce and web transaction projects leading up to CPGjoblist.com.
Alex Prohorenko builds and maintains the foundation systems that keep CPGjoblist.com and other WildHire systems on the Web 24x7. He has many years of software experience, including participation in the building of his country's Internet infrastructure from satellite dishes to ISP routers and servers. Alex also has an MS in Computer Systems from the Dniepropetrovsk Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
Sergey Istapenko provides visual appearance / layout code of WildHire Candidate Referral Systems as well as other sites made by Network Lynx. His refinements to our original design of CPGjoblist.com are helping us make the site even more intuitive and easy to use.
